Hi there, I was wondering if you still sell these?

I would build it myself, but getting the parts in/to Norway, all of a sudden makes it almost as much as the Apogee sensor.
Tried to figure out how to PM you, but didn't manage too...

On the other hand, found all the items I need on eBay to a reasonable price, but have a hard time finding the diffusing material. Do you know of an cheap eBay alternative?
Like can I strip the diffuser from this?

No, everything is designed to work together so the diffusor from the light meter won't work.

Thanks to mistergreen's invaluable input
I managed to build this close enough PAR meter.
What remains is to calibrate it against fixtures with known PAR readings.

In my endeavor I included a pH sensor and used my phone's screen for reading the results.
Will return with further details later. For now, this is the sensor

Hello All,

Building PAR meter, and I got a question on "Basic 16x2 Character LCD".
Can't make the background light to come up...
I got the connection diagram from part descriptions and it shows, that pin 15 is Anode
When it's off PAR meter board I apply +5V on pin 15 and it works.
My question is, can I just jump it to +5V?
it also connects to pin 12 to ATMEGA328P, i don't want to fry ATMEGA
